Between the 14th and 16th centuries, Europe experienced an unprecedented intellectual, artistic, and scientific revival: the Renaissance. The BnF (Bibliothèque nationale de France) dedicates an exhibition to this movement of thought, offering a journey through more than 240 works: manuscripts, printed books, prints, and drawings.

Visitors are invited to carefully observe the illuminations and meticulous illustrations of the manuscripts that are gathered in large numbers. We have chosen to create large-scale graphic settings extracted from most of the works presented. This change in scale creates an immersive atmosphere and paces the visit.
