In 2018, Paul and Gwenaëlle Hérold took over a Parisian brewery in the Madeleine district in Paris. They chose to renovate it with a contemporary twist, but kept the original spirit with the large central counter.
They entrusted us with the branding, and provided us with a short brief: be simple!
We chose a very bold typography, the Cosimo. It’s a structured character with very marked curves that gives a sympathetic appearance, just like the owners. The menu is available in two versions: bar side and toque (French for chef’s hat) side.
