Neyrpic is a major hub for shops, restaurants, and leisure activities, ideally located in Saint-Martin-d'Hères, just ten minutes from Grenoble. This ambitious project has masterfully revitalized a former industrial flagship site. The architectural approach is clear: to preserve the strong industrial heritage of the location while aligning with the contemporary demands and uses of the region's residents. For this vast space of 50,000 m², the signage system was conceived as a large-scale structure, designed to orchestrate and streamline the visitor journey with optimal efficiency.

Our signage design mission was deeply inspired by the history of the site, once a major center for mechanical production in Grenoble. The graphic identity draws inspiration from the iconic lines of the sheds – the famous sawtooth roofs – to create a structured and immediately recognizable visual language. The pathways are marked by metal arches, directional masts, and monumental totems, notably punctuating the "corso," the large central planted walkway. Every element combines robustness and sophistication: the use of Corten steel, brushed stainless steel, and natural stone directly echoes the raw materials and authenticity of the former factory.

Far beyond a simple orientation system, this signage is an affirmation of identity. It establishes a tangible link between the manufacturing past and current functions, between heritage architecture and a decidedly modern visitor experience. Both perfectly functional and powerfully evocative, it actively contributes to the dynamic and lively atmosphere of Neyrpic.
